1. How to make an order?
-Please use our online shopping system for placing orders. Anyone can register with Sogoya and start ordering right away.
If youre not sure how to use the online shop, please watch our introduction video.
**Please dont attempt to place orders by email, fax, or phone unless we have already discussed this with you.**
If you need a price quote, simply log in and view the wholesale prices. The prices you see are the real prices.
You also need to log in to preview shipping options and costs.
You will see the total price including shipping costs in a summary page before you confirm your order. You can cancel or make changes at any time during the checkout steps.
If you log out or exit your browser, the contents of your cart will be saved for next time you log in. If you want to save the contents of a cart permanently, but not pay right away, simply follow the checkout process all the way through, but dont send money! The orders are saved in "My Account" for you to view later and there is no need to ask us to cancel/ close them. If we dont receive payment we dont process orders.

2. How to cancel a order?
-If you have not paid for your order, there is no need to contact us to cancel it. We receive hundreds of test orders each day which our members are using to quote certain cart contents and save the invoice for later reference.
We ignore all orders until a matching payment is received. So if you havent paid, dont worry, were not processing your order.
You are under no obligation to follow through and pay for an order just because you checked out your cart online. If you want to do test orders to save certain invoices for later you are welcome to do this.
If your order is more than a week old please note you may not be able to "reactivate" it by sending payment, because the prices of the items may have changed as well as the shipping rates and the currency conversions. You may need to repeat the order with a new cart.
2. - WITHDRAWING AN ORDER AFTER PAYMENT
If you have placed an order and you HAVE PAID, and you want to CANCEL, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has entered the packing stage we may charge a restocking fee if you cancel the order for those items.
If you are uncertain about something on your order and you think you want to change it, please contact us and put the order on hold while you decide. This will stop the packing process so you still have a chance to make changes.
If the goods have already been delivered we cannot cancel or change the order.
If you want to cancel an order because you are ADDING further products, but not cancelling the previous items, that can usually be processed without any extra fees - please contact us.
If the order is in an early processing stage you may be able to change your mind and cancel the total order, but our policy is that your order payment will be credited to your account to be used for your next order. If you would like a refund for any reason, please talk to us.

5. Bank Transfers, Confirmations, and Trust!
-QUESTIONS ABOUT BANK TRANSFERS, THE ORDER CONFIRMATION PROCESS, AND TRUST!
"Ive got a tricky question for you - can you help? I made several similar test orders and checked them out. I havent paid for any yet, so the orders have order numbers and are completed and waiting for payment in the Rightwholesale shopping system. So now lets say I want to pay for only one of these orders, and Im going to send you payment by bank transfer. How do you know which order Im paying for - maybe you will send me the wrong items?"
When we match bank payments with orders, we will normally check for payments which match invoice (cart checkout) totals exactly. But of course if there is any uncertainty we will contact the buyer. This is why, to make life easier for everyone, we ask customers to include full comments, especially an order number and confirmed address, when sending the bank transfer. (The banks usually let you include some comments - just ask them.)

6. OK - how do I know youve received the bank payment and youre activating this order?
We will contact you to confirm we have received the order. We will quote the order number which you will be able to check in your Sogoya My Account area. Should there be an unforseen delay, for example a stock shortage, we will contact you to discuss changing an item or to let you know how the situation.

7. "But if you say youve sent the goods, how do I really know theyre on their way?"
We will email you with a tracking number 24 hours after we have dispatched your goods. Your goods are insured with the courier delivery and fully trackable online. You will be able to check the goods tracking number with the courier, e.g. DHL, and that will give you a guarantee that the goods you hve bought are safe and on the way.

8. "Do you give me the tracking number within 2-3 days?"
If you see products listed on our website, that means they are available to order right now. Some specialist products may take longer to deliver than others, e.g. because they require special packing and technical staff to complete the QA review. And sometimes we might run short on stock of popular items and have to wait a couple of days for stock delivery from the factories. If you need items urgently and youre not sure if we can deliver fast enough for you, you can always check with us in advance to confirm how long we expect to turn around an order for a particular product you need.
